Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy


If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 48 hours advance notice to ensure you will not be charged the missed appointment fee of $50.


You will want to bring:  your bike,  your shoes,  your bike shorts, orthotics or footbeds, any proprietary bits and pieces, spacers... for the bike that you may posess and may be important to achieving the correct set up.  This is particularly relevant for TT or TRI fits.
